**Change Management Specialist, Cranberry Township, PA (This role will be initially remote until late Fall 2021. At that time, it will move to a hybrid schedule working at least 2 days/week in the Cranberry office.)**

Kelly Services is seeking a Change Management Specialist to work within the Change Management track for one of our top clients Cranberry Township, PA.

**Length:** 08/15/2021 to 12/31/2021 (Contract W2)

**Type:** Contract W2There is no per diem with this position. There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs. NO C2C, at this time we are not in the position to offer any type of sponsorships or VISA transfers for this position.

**Pay Rate:** $35/hr. (W2) Flexible

**Schedule:** Will be 8 hrs./daily - 40 hrs. per week. The schedule is flexible with 1st shift hours. The schedule can be 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm. Some overtime as needed but it is controlled.

The IT Change Management job family is responsible for IT organization's change initiatives by applying change management methodologies, communication planning, and organizational readiness support to IT. The IT communications service aligns as a core component within this model, responsible for communications, channel management, content curation, branding, and overall messaging alignment to the global IT audience.

Additionally, the IT Change Management job family is responsible for planning and executing change leadership services to mobilize people, visions, and processes. Responsible for large-scale, technology enabled transformation initiatives and delivery of change through challenges and unknowns. Must be comfortable working with a high sense of urgency with motivations to stay in front of value. This role requires communication, collaboration, and partnership of business project sponsors and teams regarding

strategies and approaches. Interaction with business stakeholders is essential in order to align change, communication, training strategies, and business leader engagement across disciplines to effectively design and coordinate cross functional change delivery.

Change Management Specialist II are business, function, or process specialists and can be technology generalists or specialists. They demonstrate the ability to clearly express and share ideas and risks both verbally and written, in a positive and effective manner to their supervisor and team members. Effective in communicating status to the team. Have a clear understanding of policies and procedures, how they align with the overall IT organization and participate in defining and shaping these for their organization. Are able to be effective with little supervision. Normal focus is on existing products or processes but tend to be focused on new initiatives.

Change Management Specialist II is seen as an individual contributor within their team. They are competent at managing their time, have interpersonal and collaboration skills. They do not manage other individuals but are expected to be self-directed. The decisions they make could impact their immediate team/specific area of support but could also impact the larger team. As an individual contributor they are considered a member of a group or team and expected to deliver consistent results with less direction and supervision. They will work on larger, more complex tasks which most likely will involve collaboration with a larger group. Their contribution is measured by their ability to complete the work assigned to them, as well as the success of team. They are expected to have skills to assist entry level team members to facilitate personal and technical growth. The impact of their contribution is to the efforts they are involved with could impact themselves or their immediate team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Promotes the business vision with a benefit framework that links adoption of change to successful business outcomes.

+ Prepares for change by assessing the magnitude of change and the organizations change readiness.

+ Creates communications strategy and plan to ensure all employees are fully aware of impending changes.

+ Performs quantitative assessments of change success and change adoption.

+ Increased leadership responsibilities, and/or increased specialization. This level would be more involved in internal discussion with the change team's leadership; Asked for input from their team or area of specialization.

+ Change specialists will own a functional area that could include a single work stream or establish implementation requirements.

+ Change specialists support the consulting team and may require coaching from a more senior level.


+ A four year degree or higher in Information Technology, or related discipline. Marketing and Communications experience desired.

+ Minimum of 5 years of change management and/or IT analyst experience.

+ Experience in cross-functional areas or participation of cross-functional IT initiatives

+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills essential for interacting with key

+ stakeholders across the project, so as to manage, inform and influence successful project

+ outcomes

+ Strong understanding of change management methodologies, approaches and tools

+ Good working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies

+ Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others

+ Self-driven with commitment to delivering high quality work in a dynamic fast paced environment

+ Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels within the enterprise
