_Kelly Technology is looking for a_ **Change Manager** _for a direct hire role open with our healthcare client, one of the leading healthcare providers on the West coast._

_Title:_ **Change Manager** **_ ERP Implementation Program_**

_Level:_ **_Change Partner_**

_Location: Irvine, CA_

_Client Industry: Healthcare_

_Direct Hire, Full Time with great benefits and relocation support_

_Hybrid (1-3 days on site)_

_Travel: less than 10%_


+ Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategy for complex delivery of ERP applications (Oracle Supply Chain, HR & Payroll, Finance, Chronos) for around 100,000 users.

+ Develop and execute change plans including stakeholder, training, communications, and resistance plans

+ Developed and executed training strategy for workstreams and key stakeholder groups

+ Partnering with implementation partner on identifying impacted user groups and preparing communication strategy.

+ Deliver ongoing progress updates to governing Executive Steering Committee

+ Deliver and execute Change Impact Analysis across workstreams

+ Manage key stakeholders through organizational analysis and resistance planning

+ Facilitate and coach C-Suite and their leaders on leading their teams through change

+ Deliver tangible change ROI using data driven metrics

+ Facilitate feedback sessions through surveys and forums to drive adoption and adherence

+ Author monthly newsletter to drive change awareness

+ Coordination and facilitation with cross-functional teams on meeting goals and deadlines.

+ After completing current ERP-related engagement projects/tasks, this role will support Change Management team on other ERP and Business Applications projects


+ Change Management experience minimum 4 years

+ Change Management Certification (Prosci, CCMP )

+ Relevant experience in implementing ERP/CRM or other IT business applications

+ Ability to articulate and measure the progress in achieving operational process goals

+ Ability to measure the deliverables and outcomes of the process

+ Ability to define Process Key Success Factors and KPIs

+ Relevant experience in Healthcare Sector strongly preferred

+ Strong presentation skills. Ability to create Change Management-related documentation and present information to various levels of organization.

+ Experience with SharePoint, and productivity tools.
