**Change Manager and Project Manager,** **REMOTE (** **This role is remote; open to candidates anywhere in the nation so long as they can provide services during central time business hours.)**

Kelly Services is seeking a Change Management and Project Manager for this combo role, split will be 50/50 in the role definition of project/change management for one of our top clients based in St. Paul, MN.

**Length:** 03/01/2021- 02/11/2021 (Contract W2)- (Possibility to extend or convert)

**Pay Rate:** $60.00/hr. (W2)

**Schedule:** Schedule is estimated to be as follows: March-184 hrs., April-160 hrs., May-156, June-70, July through December 430 hours total. Project total 1000 hours (500 Change management, 500 project management).

**Hours:** Full -time hours to begin with and tapering to part-time hours.

**Interview Process:** Virtual

**Key knowledge area:** working with Source to Pay tool, SAAS vendor, and Zykus as a vendor for implementation. Health care space, security, legal vendor management office knowledge a huge plus.

**Project Details/Context:**

This person will be working on the enterprise's Source to Pay solution (S2P) implementation of Zykus. This will be a vendor driven implementation but needs a change/project manager to drive efforts from the internal Stella Health project and change management perspective.

What is S2P? Its a suite of tools to digitize the value-added process activities including sourcing, vendor selection, contracting, order placement, verification of goods/services, authorization of payments, and vendor performance management. It centralizes processes and data to enable efficiencies, strong reporting, and drive better business practices that result in overall spend savings.

**STAGE 1 of Project:**

+ Strategic Sourcing Review: Vet strategy, capabilities, build/buy/partner, industry assessment, spend category segmentation

+ Sourcing & Contract Mgmt: Risk & financial Mgmt, cost analysis, RFx process, auctions, contract creation, regulatory & policy compliance, approvals, contract repository

+ Vendor Mgmt: Relationship Mgmt, SLA adherence, escalations, vendor performance mgmt & dashboards

+ Procure to Pay: Invoice processing & validation, PO generating & payment processing, dispute resolution

**STAGE 2 of Project:**

+ Financial Savings Mgmt: Spend Category Strategy

+ Spend Analysis: Spend Analytics & Reporting

**Job Description:**

Responsible for the success of new projects and programs through intentional leadership of assignments and mentoring of project managers in the areas of professional conduct, project management methodology, the use of project management tools, interpersonal skills and navigation of the project gateway process, project change request process and the rapid approval process. Participates in the coaching, mentoring, and training of others.

**A Day in the Life:**

+ Understand the strategy and future direction of the organization, as well as challenges and opportunities that are inherent to that strategy and direction.

+ Ensure that the objectives and priorities of the project or program are aligned with the company's strategic direction.

+ Directs the activities of individuals representing multiple business areas to achieve results in a matrix-ed organizational structure, managing across the organization to achieve project objectives.

**Required Skills/Experience Specific to this Position:**

+ Working with Source to Pay tool

+ Partnering with SAAS Vendor

+ 7+ years experience leading large, complex initiatives with increasing responsibilities in project management or continuous improvement

+ 5 + years of Change Management experience managing medium to large change initiatives

+ Strong Influencing skills to support Change Management

+ Business acumen to support Change Management

+ Org development experience to support Change Management

**Preferred (nice to have) Skills/Experience:**

+ Healthcare industry, security, legal, vendor management office knowledge a huge plus.

+ Zykus implementation experience

+ Knowledge of team leadership and team member mentoring for success.

+ Masters degree in business or related field.

**General Required Skills and Experiences:**

+ Bachelors degree and a 7 years experience leading large, complex initiatives with increasing responsibilities in project management or continuous improvement or 11 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.

+ Demonstrated track record of achievement with ability to identify and exceed customer expectations.

+ Excellent continuous quality improvement and/or project management skills.

+ Must have a high level of intellectual curiosity and openness to change.

+ Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills, capable of adapting the approach as needed.

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

+ Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills, able to anticipate, identify and eliminate problems.

+ Proven ability to collect and analyze feedback and data and transform findings into project-level strategies.

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no direction and make decisions as needed.
