**JOB TITLE: Change Release Management Analyst**

Under the general direction of the Change/Release Manager - Operations Services, this role is responsible for documenting and supporting the standardized methods, processes, and procedures used for introducing changes to AmerisourceBergen's SAP and Legacy computing environment.


+ Facilitates and supports change management review meetings and change advisory boards to coordinate activities. Coordinates activities between deployment managers, project managers, release managers and the appropriate operations teams.
+ Receives requests for change from change requestors; logs and allocates a priority in collaboration with the requestor to all Change Requests (CRs); tracks changes to completion.
+ Distributes CRs to Change Reviewer for impact assessment. Schedules CR reviews for CCB meeting, issues agenda and circulates CRs to CCB members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration.
+ Follows up with process leads and change requestors to ensure implemented Changes have met their objectives.
+ Produces Change Control reports. Maintains list of CCB members, Change Reviewers and administrative forms.
+ Coordinates with BASIS Process Teams to ensure transport sequencing and manual configuration break points are defined when importing transports.
+ Performs quality control checks to ensure that all SAP transports that are a result of a CR are identified and that the CR is approved prior to import of the transport.
+ Works across the organization to improve and enforce development, testing, release and documentation standards in conjunction with SDLC processes.
+ Analyzes processes and makes recommendations for improving efficiency and integration with operational support processes.
+ Must be willing to travel up to 10 percent of the time. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
+ On-call evening and weekend support as required based on rotational schedule.
+ Performs related duties as assigned.

+ Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year Bachelor’s Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years related and progressively responsible experience in an area involving change and release management processes.
+ Requires a minimum of two (2) or more years of change and configuration management experience, preferably in a large-scale systems operational organization
+ Experience with change management systems
+ Prior experience with TMS/CTS, Solution Manager,
+ Prior experience with HP/Quality Center and SharePoint a plus
+ ITIL V.3 experience a plus.

+ Proven experience in overseeing the implementation of software releases to a production environment.
+ Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
+ Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong leadership skills. Good organizational skills; attention to detail.
+ Experience in summarizing analysis results using MS Word and/or PowerPoint and explaining analysis results to others.
+ Good group presentation skills. including experience and interest in delivering training. Highly self-motivated and directed.
+ Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
+ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
