Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a Quality Control Chemist for one of our top clients in Union, SC.
As a QC Chemist placed with Kelly Services, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses in our client’s chemistry laboratory in support of product development and release.
**Additional Job Responsibilities:**
+ Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
+ Routinely use wet chemistry techniques and instrumentation including HPLC, FTIR, and UV-Vis
+ Prepare test solutions, compounds, or reagents for laboratory personnel
+ Adhere to FDA regulations, GMP guidelines, and all safety regulations for the laboratory
+ Support the development, improvement, or customization of products, equipment, formulas, processes, or analytical methods
+ Maintain detailed record of laboratory data and interpret testing results
**Job Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline
+ 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience in a GMP environment
+ Computer proficient, especially with Microsoft Office products
+ Excellent communication skills and strict attention to detail will be keys to success in this role.
