Kelly Services is looking for an Customer Service Representative I for one of their customers in Naperville, IL to join their team for a 2 month temporary assignment to possible perm.

**Hours** : 8:30 am 5:30 pm

**Pay Rate** : $14.50 hourly

**Job Summary** :

+ Assist the Account Management teams with non-customer facing tasks including attachment of backup documentation needed for invoice payment as well as emailing of statement information to various divisions

+ Duties may also include back-up support to the Customer Support Help Desk, as needed


+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Entry level to 2 years customer service related experience required

+ Experience in a High volume, fast paced environment

+ Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage ones time

+ Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information

+ Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
