Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a Clerk for one of our top clients in Pittsburgh PA area.
Start Date: 3/26/18
End Date: 7/31/18
Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00-5:30 and Friday 8:30-5:00
Pay: 13.00/hour
Location: 2600 Liberty Ave Pittsburgh PA 15222
**Summary** :
The main functions include sorting checks, keeping payroll records, taking inventory, and distributing mail. Act as an information and communication distributor for an office.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Attention to detail. Careful document handling required (confidentiality)
+ Keyboarding skills - will be entering information.
+ Good worth ethic and willing to learn.
+ There will be a lot of handling paperwork, putting it in order and repeating. Repetitive work.
+ Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
+ Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
+ Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
+ Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
+ Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Skills:
+ Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
+ Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
+ Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (May be required
**Education**
High School Diploma or equivalent.
**Required** :
Entry level to 2 years Admin/Customer Service related experience
