Description **Kelly** **Services** is currently hiring a Contract Client Account Coordinator in Eagan, MN.


+ Start Date: Late April/Early May 2018 through August 20th
+ Pay Rate: $22 per hour
+ Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM
**Position Overview:**

The incumbent will perform various administrative tasks to support the development of new projects.

**Job Duties:**

+ Coordinate and schedule meetings
+ Perform and evaluate a wide variety of activities that support implementation of community initiatives and compliance activities
+ Facilitate relationship development with new and prospective partners.
+ Maintain accountability for assisting community initiative managers at the Direction of the Director of Community Initiatives. Key to this work is engagement with many community partners, requiring expertise in developing and maintaining strong business relationships. This position requires experience working inter-culturally within community settings.
+ Use procedures, policy manuals, knowledgebase and other reference materials to assist in answering employee/manager inquiries and resolving issues
+ Document incoming calls using a case management tool to resolve issues within identified service level agreements.
+ Make outbound calls to doctor offices regarding scheduled appointments
+ Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.

+ High school diploma or GED
+ Possess basic PC skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
+ Possess excellent attention to detail, good organizational skills, problem solving skills and ability to anticipate concerns
+ Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information.
+ Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required
+ Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner
**Preferred Requirements:**

+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. Basic knowledge of Adobe systems.
