Wage: $27-$32/hr

**Job Description**



The _Client Experience Coordinato_ **_r_** is an exciting role responsible for supporting our Project Management team and our Clients through the Bidding and Selection processes of building their new home. As an important part of our team, the _Client Experience Coordinator_ will work proactively to lead and manage numerous home building projects at the same time, ensuring key dates and deadlines are met. We have a team-oriented work environment. This position reports to the Vice President and General Manager.



**Responsibilities**




+ Partner with the Project Management team to develop estimates for home building projects.

+ Create bid specifications based on final architectural plans.

+ Send bid packages out to sub-contractors for pricing, follow-up to ensure bids are returned on time.

+ Summarize bids and put them into a formal client proposal.

+ Lead the pre-bidding activities as it relates to permitting, survey, and utility requirements

+ Assist clients in making numerous custom selections throughout the home building process.

+ During the selection process, work closely with Project Management to execute change orders based on selection modifications.

+ Scheduling of client time sensitive selection tasks, helping clients through the entire build process, while creating a sense of client confidence and comfort.

+ Put together client presentations and operational material into a client ready format that is professional and complete.



**Qualifications**




+ Previous experience in the commercial or residential construction industry or other related fields is a plus.

+ Extremely well organized and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

+ Ability to prioritize, schedule, follow-up, and the tenacity to run initiatives to completion.

+ Active listener who can accurately recap conversations, follow-up on to dos and ask clarifying questions when needed with a service-minded approach.

+ Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to effectively relay information to others.

+ Ability to work both individually and with others with an attention to deadlines and details

+ Personable, out-going, team-oriented with a positive attitude and a can-do mindset.
