Job Title: Client Relationship Representative [Full-time; starts ASAP; Direct-Hire]

Summary: The role of the CRR is to achieve bold objectives of client relationship development through proactive client care calls (CCC) as well as occasional client site visitations. The CRR is expected to provide resolutions for product or service problems, assess and report to the Client Relationship Supervisor (CRS) any client interest in new products, upgrades or additional services, and contribute to the overall life, culture, and brand of the company. Solutions will be ascertained by engaging the appropriate people, resources, and ideas from across the company.

Pay: Apx. $14/h (depending on relevant skills and experience)

Schedule: Monday Friday from 8a-5p (60min daily break)

Hire Type: Direct hire (direct employment opportunity w/company)

Job Responsibilities:

Proactive assessment of client needs through the Sedona Client Care Service Ticket record:

-Determine current level of satisfaction

-Update information

-Review current services

-Evaluate current and future needs

-Review company promise

-Ask for referrals

Resolve client complaints identified by the Vital Voice program or disconnection requests:

-Clarify the clients complaint or need

-Determine the cause of the problem

-Select and execute the best approach while using company resources needed to solve the problem

-Expedite the correction or adjustment

-Follow-up to ensure resolution

-Document the process along the way

Build and foster meaningful business relationships:

-Build trust and instill confidence in the client by demonstrating integrity

-Restate the company promise

Market the companys products and services:

-Create brand awareness through printed media and leave behind materials

Contribute to sales generation:

-Recommend potential product upgrades and/or additional services to clients

-Inform the Regional Sales Manager of clients interest in new products or services

Various projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned


_Product knowledge and the ability to present information to clients is important. A sense of urgency is needed. Experience in situational diffusing is beneficial. Good multitasking, time management, organization and prioritization skills are necessary. Above average documentation, communication and listening skills are needed. This position interacts with many company departments, thereby requiring an attitude that fosters a teamwork approach to problem-solving. Having a positive attitude, dependability, trustworthiness and a stellar work ethic is critical. The position requires the use of Microsoft Office computer applications._

*Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

*Strong aptitude for learning; trainable

*Strong computer skills & Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically: Word & Excel)

*Fast/accurate typing/data-entry skills

*Dependability is critical
