Job Responsibilities:

+ Act as a liaison between customer and local service management

+ Leads and directs team efforts related to customer requirements

+ Motivates, mentors and drives the team

+ Financially manages budget, expenses, revenue, and growth

+ Manages recruitment, training and supervision

+ Develops metrics, goals and coordination/communication with sales team and customer

+ Develops and synchronizes projects for the sales team

+ Identifies new service opportunities and develops requirements, presentations, etc.

+ Creates and manages departments metrics, reports, presentations, SOPs, SOWs, change orders and KPIs.

+ Continuously evaluates team objectives, programs and projects

+ Handles administrative duties such as performance appraisals, timecard review, vacation scheduling, etc.

+ Ensures compliance and good documentation practices


+ Associates degree or undergraduate degree is preferred. Equivalent experience, and High school diploma or GED required

+ Generally 5+ years experience, with at least 3 years of leadership and/or supervisory responsibility; proficient interviewing skills

+ Previous experience managing associates is required

+ MP and GLP training a plus

+ Spill containment, IATA, DOT, IMDG and Hazwoper a plus

+ Six Sigma Lean Training a plus

+ Experience with account development and implementation

+ Computer Literacy


+ Direct hire; no contract

+ Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
