Client Support Specialist needed in Lakewood Ranch, FL. This is a temp-to-perm position with a very reputable, stable and growing company that has built insurance carrier recognition and branding through distribution, marketing, product design, service and process roadmaps.

We would consider a direct hire for the right person!

Salary: $40 - $50/K

Full-time: Monday - Friday from 8 - 5

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and it would be helpful if you had experience in Google Workspace. Bilingual is a plus!

What we look for:

Experience Requirements: Minimum 2 years related work experience is required with a proven track record of success. Must have experience in business processing with exceptional analytical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Preferably someone who is working or has worked for an insurance agency or insurance carrier in the group employee benefits industry.

Education and Licensing Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. Preferably with a Life and Health Insurance license or must be able to obtain license within 3 months of hire date. Must maintain a license with continuing education requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to speak, read and write English. Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish (but not required). Self- motivated with ability to communicate and effectively present information to agents, employers, and employees. Confident and driven with strong account management and relationship building. Outgoing with the ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat and Zoom.

Position Expectations

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing support to our Sales and Operations teams by submitting case paperwork to carriers and coordinating training and service questions.

? Assist with preparation of proposals, employee materials, and case installation submissions.

? Understand and maintain knowledge of insurance operations, products, and concepts with the ability to apply underwriting guidelines and implementation processes.

? Organize training for agents and employer groups for post-installation onboarding.

? Provide exceptional customer service with agents and other company support positions via verbal and written correspondence.

? Manage changing priorities with strong planning, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.

? Develop and maintain positive business relationships with both internal and external clients.

? Document and track trends, internal service levels, and other sales metrics for reporting to the Director of Operations.

? Work well under time-sensitive deadlines and work self-directed.

? Maintain client data on CRM platforms and carrier portals
