Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Clinical Business Process Analyst for a long-term engagement in Jacksonville or remote with one of our Global Pharmaceutical clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. **SUMMARY:**


The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and modernizing the existing Content Management System (Veeva PromoMats). The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs to assess vendor releases, develop creative solutions, perform configurations, conduct UAT, complete validation, and deploy to Production. Veeva PromoMats is a cloud-based application that uses an intuitive user interface and can be configured using simple point-and-click browser-based tools (no coding required).



**RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Ability to successfully lead a project through scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, product configuration, testing, and production deployment to ensure delivered solutions meet/perform to technical and functional/non-functional requirements with little oversight.

+ Communicate status, solutions, and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the team and across functions. Establish and maintain relationships across functions.

+ Create user stories based on user feedback and business requirements.

+ Develop validation plans, test scripts, and plans with QA Lead. Execute testing activities within the team.

+ Understand and follow appropriate SDLC, GxP system validation, and change management processes.

+ Support vendor releases and write proactive messaging for upcoming changes related to Veeva PromoMats, including business-led changes.

+ Ability to see the inter-relationship of systems, data flow, and procedures within a project and understand their interdependencies within the company wide ecosystem. Identify and understand broader business impact.

+ Ability to drive results to successful completion, and proactively share learnings.

+ Implement configurations within Veeva PromoMats ensuring changes are well-documented, controlled, tested, validated, and communicated.

+ Provide additional system support including, but not limited to, security settings, report creations, bulk loads of documents, etc.

+ Partner closely with vendor to stay in tune with releases, product capabilities, and product roadmap.

+ Establish relationship with vendor's Managed Services technical support and partner to solve issues and develop solutions.

+ Perform user administration duties and provide Tier 1 support.

+ Submit Tier 2 and Tier 3 tickets to vendor.

+ Assist team in development of training materials, How To documents, and work instructions.

+ Design new reports to meet business needs.

+ Oversee regular audit of application licenses, application users, and access details


**QUALIFICATIONS:**


+ Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

+ 3+ years experience as business analyst or systems lead in a regulated field, preferably medical device or pharmaceutical

+ 3+ years' experience in GxP systems testing, validation, and problem resolution

+ 2+ years experience working with third party vendors in delivering quality products and service

+ Veeva Vault Certification is highly preferred

+ Veeva PromoMats or MedComms experience is highly preferred

+ Experience with copy approval process and content distribution is preferred

+ Demonstrated knowledge of GxP processes and requirements in MedTech/Pharmaceutical industry

+ Broad knowledge of the application development process using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

+ Understanding of integrations/APIs

+ Knowledge of data collection and reporting practices

+ Proficient in MS Office Suite

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Self-starter with history of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines

+ Strong time management, critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving, influencing, and presentation skills

+ Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills

+ Continuous improvement and results driven mindset

+ Interaction with various cross-functional partners including Marketing, Quality, IT, and R&D stakeholders on a regular basis. Prompt, effective, and efficient communication skills via emails and MS Teams are a must.
