_Purpose :_

_Initiate, coordinate and prepare to execute Facility Agreements necessary for surgeon training at offsite locations working closely with HCC, Legal and Risk. These Agreements are centered around; surgeon training, new product development and launches as well as sales training programs._


+ _Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area._

+ _Promote safety to all associates that enter work area._

+ _Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards (Bloodborne pathogens training, etc)._

+ _Manage the review/revision of the HCC Work Instruction and Guidelines for Review/Approval of Facility Agreements with HCC. These Work Instructions and Guidelines govern the initiation, coordination and execution of all Facility Agreements (utilizing cadaveric tissue) necessary for surgeon training at offsite locations._

+ _Perform due diligence analysis once lab has submitted related HCC documentation._

+ _Participate in the decision making process when evaluating whether or not to move forward and contract with a Facility. This is a combined effort made up of a committee which includes Contract Coordinator, Director of Clinical Simulation and Manager, Clinical Specialist._

+ _Facilitate initial business and legal review with established alternate language and provide to Worldwide Director of Clinical Simulation. When necessary, coordinate reviews by HCC, Legal and Risk Management. It is extremely rare that the Contract Coordinator utilizes Legal and Risk Management._

+ _Communicate with Facility, Professional Education and Sales regarding status on a weekly basis._

+ _Manage contract process with all external simulation labs and tissue suppliers._

+ _Manage Company-Wide database on behalf of Professional Education (DSI provided document repository) which tracks current and potential Facility Agreements, Amendments and Tissue Supplier Agreements._

+ _Meet weekly with Director of Clinical Simulation to review contract status and adjust accordingly if necessary._

+ _Participate in weekly meeting with the Clinical Specialists to discuss contracts needed to support field training and also any problems/concerns with current Facilities._

+ _Manage the Totality ID process for all franchise locations with regard to offsite labs. This includes assisting the various Departmental Administrators with the TID/Purchase Order process._

+ _Ensure all contracts are renewed on a timely basis._

+ _Review upcoming lab schedule on weekly basis to ensure all labs have valid contracts before lab is held._

+ _Work with HCC on fair market value analysis and potential need for updated information._

+ _Work with client on developing strategy on current and future contracting processes. This includes an MSA, Amendment and SOW language to utilize in order to best leverage each franchise._

+ _When executing a new Agreement, notify appropriate Professional Education Administrator for reconciliation purposes._

+ _Instrumental in developing additional Agreements as necessary (i.e.; SOW, Surgery Center Facility Agreement, Equipment Storage, Amendment, Lab in Box)._

+ _Provide metrics on all contract activity to supervisor on a monthly basis._

+ _Meet with HCC at the end of the year to provide them with an accurate list of HCPs for due diligence/open payment purposes._

+ _Perform Audit of DSI provided document repository_

+ _Maintain DSI provided document repository for all facility agreements and amendments, as needed_

+ _Provide administrative support as requested to department and managers including photo copying, faxing, mailing, and filing._

+ _Provide reception support at customer facing entrance lobby and lab desk when necessary as other resources are not available._

_Minimum Experience:_

+ _Knowledge of Compliance reporting requirement related to meetings and including a clear understanding of the Sunshine Act, Sarbanes-Oxley and other applicable regulations._

+ _A college degree is strongly preferred._

+ _Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Agile, and Outlook._

+ _2-5 years of previous contracting experience._

+ _Proficient negotiation skills and a clear understanding of hotel contract language._

+ _Proven management of last minute crises involving arrangements and budget to be able to maintain budgeted Meeting Costs._

+ _Demonstrate excellent organizational skills._

+ _Ability to work evenings and weekends, when necessary._
