**Clinical Education Coordinator, Irvine, CA (Remote)**



**Position Type:** Direct Hire



**Summary:**



Coordinate and manage clinical educational programs including CME program(s), CEU programs, and CMU along with educational blogs such that programs are completed on time and within budget.



**Essential Duties:**




+ **CME, CEU, CMU Program Development**

+ Assist in the development and refining of educational events

+ Manage Medical Education Programs through to completion ensuring projects are delivered on target

+ Work with accredited Credit Provider Partners, outside vendors, internal staff to plan and coordinate their projects from inception, meeting requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards.

+ Implement and coordinate program planning procedures for CME/CEU/CMU activities

+ Remain up to date with accreditation policies and practices.

+ Assist in the development of educational needs to be addressed by CME/CE activities.

+ Launch new initiatives

+ Ensure that documentation of the planning process is appropriate and complete.

+ Examples of responsibilities include managing workflow, budget tracking and management, managing project process and plans, etc., all while communicating with internal staff

+ Assist with participant recruitment

+ **Manage Educational Blog**

+ Coordinate web projects across departments

+ Work with scientific team and marketing to develop strategic themes

+ Proof-read scientific content and draft them for blogs that speak to physicians, RPNs and other providers

+ Adapt blogs for patients.

+ Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties

+ Copyedit and proofread all web content for technical accuracy

+ Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference

+ Track and report on blog metrics

+ Work cooperatively with key team members and vendors

+ Develop/Upkeep Medical Library

+ Provide high quality health data to Pathnostics team and physician up to date on the latest advance, ensuring effective care and superior diagnoses.

+ Identify/or find medical documents, i.e. clinical trials, medical treatments or procedures, as well as other pertinent information that applies to clinical trials and the development of new tests.

+ Develop a catalog, classification system, and maintain important materials in different kinds of media formats to be shared by researchers, sales, and marketing

+ Assist in other department related functions as needed

+ Act as project manager as needed

+ Assist in bringing in other clinical trials work as needed to ensure team productivity



**Education/Experience:**




+ Bachelors degree in science.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical research or education preferred

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong administrative management skills

+ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other software skills

+ Ability to adjust to work based upon changing priorities, incoming customer concerns, product launches, or culture changes
