Kelly Scientific is currently seeking a **Clinical Project Manager** to serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients in planning and execution of projects/studies while adhering to budget, scope and schedule requirements. Coordinates with departments for overall project execution, according to committed timelines. **This is a full time temp-to-perm opportunity.**



**THIS IS A CLINCAL/SCIENTIFIC ROLE. MUST HAVE EXPOSURE TO CLINICAL TRIAL STUDIES OR EXPOSURE WITHIN A CONTRACT RESEARCH ORGANIZATION TO BE CONSIDERED.**



**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**




+ Overall represents the single point of study control. Responsible for the interpretation, documentation and reporting of results.

+ Responsible for visiting assigned clients on a routine basis to maintain good relations, discuss business opportunity development and keep them abreast new service capabilities.

+ Works closely with Operations and Business Development, ensuring client needs and timelines are met.

+ Works proactively with Operations to ensure efficient and effective project workflow and tracks movement of samples through the lab.

+ Provides ongoing communication to clients and in-house teams regarding progress.

+ Works with Finance and Business Development by generating work processed reports and capturing requests for Additional Work.

+ Works with Operations and Quality Assurance to ensure integrity of studies.

+ Responsible for study closure and sample disposition.

+ Responsible for scheduled billing of assigned clients.

+ Assists in writing and editing SOPs.

+ Represents the company at trade shows and scientific forums.

+ Responsible for maintaining individual pipeline of business for existing/assigned clients as well as for new clients, as appropriate.

+ Cultivate client relationships, focusing on the key decision makers across large/mid-sized/small pharmaceutical companies, their development partners/vendors and CRO accounts.

+ Performs other duties as necessary.



**Educational or Skill Requirements:**




+ Requires a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or closely related fields or equivalent experience.

+ Requires a working knowledge of molecular biology technologies, fluorescence in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, cytogenetics, or similar technologies.

+ Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a high level of attention to detail.

+ Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and matrix environment.

+ Must have a strong customer service orientation.

+ Must be able to read and understand contracts and work orders.

+ Must be able to work with highly confidential information.

+ Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.

+ Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
