PharmaSeek is an Investigative Site Network that connects sponsors and CROs with experienced clinical research sites. PharmaSeek expedites study start-up timelines by streamlining the site selection process and providing one point of contact for multiple sites, while also managing the ongoing process of budgeting, contracting, and regulatory submissions.

Scope of Position :

This position with PharmaSeek, ISN, works in conjunction with the Account Managers and is responsible for managing the administrative portion of clinical studies from study start-up through study execution, negotiating budget and contract agreements, tracking for regulatory submissions timelines and maintaining relationships with clients (sponsor/CRO) and research sites.

Essential Job duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary project contact with both the client and research sites to ensure communication is maintained and deadlines are met
  • Maintain clinical trial management system database with required information
  • Compile documents and drive next steps for contract negotiation and completion
  • Provide input for the development and management of clinical study budgets
  • Provide input to operations manager of the research sites’ performance and responsiveness relative to study start-up process
  • Prepare and present project information and statuses at internal team meetings.
  • Ensure high performance and efficiency of study start up process by maintaining close contact with sites during the clinical trial execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually with clients and collaborate with coworkers in a team environment
  • Strong software and computer skills, proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in clinical research, negotiating budgets and contracts preferred.
