**Kelly Science** is looking for a dynamic **Clinical Site Monitor** to support with site selection, start-up activities overall study execution, and monitoring sites for study adherence.


**Clinical Site Monitor (Remote based/travel as needed)**


**3- 6 months Contract (potential extension may be possible)**


**Essential Duties:**


+ Support projects of a more complex nature and mentors and trains junior level staff, verifies that the rights and well being of subjects are protected, confirms that the reported study data are accurate, complete, and verifiable from source documents and that the study is conducted in accordance with protocol, standard operating procedures, ISO/GCP and other applicable regulatory requirements.

+ Provides support in start-up, enrollment, follow up, and closure of clinical trial activities

+ Ensures monitoring, monitoring report review/finalization, event reporting, and all other monitoring commitments are performed in accordance with the study monitoring plan

+ Manages assigned clinical sites, partnering with field monitors and site staff to identify and escalate or resolve compliance issues, and escalation of site questions or needs

+ Participates in site start-up and site close-out activities as assigned

+ Routinely reviews site compliance data and works to identify compliance risks and issues

+ Conducts a thorough comparison monitor of case report forms against medical records on complex trials at multiple sites

+ Addresses non-compliance issues and trends at the investigative site; develops, documents, and implements solutions as appropriate

+ Develops and maintains strong working relationships with Investigators and study staff, serving as an ambassador to company


**Required Education and Experience**


+ Bachelor s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Must be ACRP-CP certified Association of Clinical Research Professionals Certified Professional.

+ 3+ years of clinical research experience and monitoring experience, ideally, medical device experience, knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations FDA, GCP, ISO.

+ Strong communication and organizational skills required


**Preferred Education and Experience:**


+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and generate solutions to a wide range of difficult issues

+ Demonstrated proficiency with study metrics to inform decisions and actions

+ Strong history of results-driven achievements with the ability to align a team to complete project milestones on time and within scope and budget


**Skills**


+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact with internal and external personnel

+ Process improvement experience

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
