In Peripheral Intervention (PI) we treat vascular system blockages in areas such as the carotid and renal arteries and the lower extremities, treating, Peripheral Vascular Diseases and Pulmonary Embolisms. Medical Conditions we provide solutions for include: Carotid Artery Stenting, Embolic Protection Balloon Catheters, Vascular Protection, Iliac Solutions and Renal Solutions. We have a robust product line and pipeline, and we will continue to make an investment in Peripheral Interventional treatments.

Job Purpose:

Under direct supervision, the Clinical Data Trial Coordinator provides administrative support to the clinical project and field clinical teams, including trial related document handling, budgets,  contracts and payments, training and device management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage study archival (paper and/or electronic).
  2. Assemble & distribute mass communications, as required.
  3. Reconcile training files.  Monitor and report project-specific training compliance.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships both internal and external stakeholders, including site personnel
  5. Learn clinical project management processes and therapeutic area basics.
  6. Participate in study-specific meetings, and record, issue and file minutes.
  7. Reconcile and inventory study documentation periodically and for archiving at study close-out.
  8. Utilize specified clinical project systems and tools for documentation management.
  9. Facilitate execution of study contracts and budgets.
  10. Prepare and distribute study tools.
  11. Generate investigational device accountability reports, as needed.
  12. Assist in implementing process improvement solutions/plans.
  13. Other Clinical administrative duties as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline, Bachelor degree preferred
  • 3 years of related experience, 1+ years relevant clinical experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in utilizing BSC’s controlled document management systems
  • The ability to support multiple studies simultaneously
  • Contract Research Organization (CRO) experience desired
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team
  • Ability to respond flexibly and positively under conditions of uncertainty or change
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills preferred
