**Job Title: Clinical Trials Assistant**





**Pay: $31.25 per hour depending on experience**





**Description**



The Clinical Trials Assistant (CTA) will support the Clinical Research Study team (Company Sponsored Studies, IIRs and Research and Medical Education Grants). For example but not limited to: tracking accurate updates and maintains clinical systems and contract management; prepare, handle, distribute, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports; review study files periodically for accuracy and completeness; meeting minutes. Perform administrative tasks to support team members with clinical trial execution as needed.




**Responsibilities**

To support the Clinical Operations teams with ongoing conduct of studies.

Develop and maintain working relationships with database vendors, study teams, and site investigators.

With limited supervision assists with system identification, implementation and on-going management of the electronic TMF and Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), CLMS (Contract system) and other relevant electronic systems.

Assists in contacting investigator sites to provide study specific information

Assist Study manager with study sites to resolve data query

To assist project teams with study specific documentation and guidelines as appropriate.

To set up, organize and maintain clinical study documentation (e.g. Main Study Files etc.) including preparation for internal/external audits, final reconciliation and archival.

Attend Study team meetings and support study manager with developing the agenda and taking meeting minutes.

Performs other study related duties and assignments as required.

Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Clinical Practices, and FDA regulations.
