Through the four businesses – Clinigen Clinical Trial Services, Idis Managed Access, Idis Global Access and Clinigen Specialty Pharmaceuticals – we provide patient access to our own and other pharmaceutical companies’ products, whether to meet unmet medical needs or for use in clinical trials.Clinigen’s CTS (Clinical Trial Services) division uses global expertise, systems and relationships to source and manage the supply of commercial medicines and associated services to pharmaceutical companies for use exclusively in clinical trials.

We currently have an opening in our Clinical Trial Services division for a Clinical Trials Project Coordinator in the Yardley, PA area. The key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Champion and deliver world class customer service to clients
  • Develop an understanding of the key challenges customers face in clinical supply, logistics and services
  • Ensure Procurement colleagues are presented with fully vetted client inquiries so that they may offer the best possible level of service.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support services, added value services, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations
  • Provide reports on account performance as and when required, and in line with KPI's agreed with line manager.
  • Coordinate with company personnel to ensure timely execution of each project
  • Proactively keep CRM system up to date with all new, future and existing enquires.
  • Offer support to Business Development in pursuit of new clients in line with Key Account Management strategy
  • Managing, prioritizing and completing inquiries and projects to a high standard

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Some exposure (1-2 years) to the pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Customer-focused
  • Ability to communicate well
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 /year
