Clinical Trials Protocol Administrator

The GOG Foundation, Inc. (GOG-F) is seeking a Protocol Administrator to develop and manage federal clinical trial protocols and ensure compliance with NCI and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines

As a member of the GOG-F team you will:

  • Develop, revise, and edit concepts and protocol documents, with input from the study chair and/or protocol study team;
  • Coordinate protocol logistics, working with study team and regulatory, corporate, and other staff to facilitate protocol activity;
  • Create and maintain all protocol-specific development timelines during the development of the study;
  • Participate in study team and protocol meetings and teleconferences, organizing as required;
  • Prepare protocol submission correspondence and documents;
  • Liaise with external partners including but not limited to NCI and Central Institutional Review Board (CIRB) staff;
  • Assist the GYN Protocol Development Director on projects as assigned, e.g., SOPs, newsletters, and manuals.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or medical background that includes oncology research, with ability to apply principles of clinical trial management;
  • Basic knowledge of NCI and National Clinical Trial Network (NCTN) group studies a plus;
  • Bachelor’s degree with excellent written and verbal communication skills required;
  • Strong organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Excellent PC/MS Office skills.
