**Schedule/Shift:** 1st shift, Mon.-Fri., 5:30am-2:00pm



**Position Type:** Contract position (expected 5-6 months)



**Summary:** The CMMS Administrator is responsible for the day to day operation of the CMMS system for a cGMP pharmaceutical facility and the order processing for the Facilities & Engineering (F&E) department.


**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:**




+ Responsible for the day to day operation of the CMMS system for a cGMP pharmaceutical facility.

+ The requirements of this position involve scheduling work events for the F&E group, opening and closing work orders, entering validation, calibration and maintenance data into the departments maintenance and calibration Blue Mountain database program.

+ Prepares reports, and maintains the F&E documentation system (change controls, FATs, IQs, OQs, PQs equipment histories) and other paperwork required for FDA compliance.

+ Successful performance of these duties will ensure a safe, qualified, and compliant environment for the Facilities and Engineering group.

+ Duties also include but not limited to purchasing for the F&E department of parts, materials and supplies, research outside vendor qualifications.

+ Coordinating outside contractors for services with the F&E team.

+ Travel between two locations may also be required at times.

+ Maintain the F&E SharePoint site and monthly KPI reports.

+ Maintain the Equipment Manual Library.

+ Maintain all F&E related log books and training records.

+ Monitor and perform preventative maintenance on process equipment, calibration of instruments, and operation of various validated process systems.

+ Will also support validation actives including performing FATs, IQs, OQs, PQs and other validation tasks.

+ Responsible for completing paperwork required for entering calibration and maintenance data into the departments maintenance and calibration CMMS database program.

+ Responsible for following all company SOP's, procedures and policies.

+ May be required to perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

+ Other duties may be assigned.




**Job Requirements:**




+ Associate's degree (A.A.) from two-year college or trade school, or equivalent.; or equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.

+ Two to four years' experience in data entry for a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.

+ Computer skills to include experience with CMMS database entry and proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite applications.

+ Master Control experience.

+ High energy, self-motivated individual who is detail focused, organized, flexible in assignment, able to multi-task between multiple active projects.

+ Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks on schedule with minimal supervision.

+ Good communication skills both oral and written.

+ Ability to read engineering documents for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and instrumentation equipment.

+ Discipline to consistently follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety precautions.

+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Competency to properly gown for and function within a GMP environment.

+ Computer skills to include experience with CMMS database entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

+ The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
