Kelly Services is currently hiring experienced Collections Representatives for one of our top Clients in the downtown phoenix area.

The AZ Department of Revenue is looking to hire a team of 25 Collections Agents to work the Business and Individual collection of Tax dues

Job Description:

The team will work together very closely with their manager taking both inbound and outbound calls in an effort to collect past due tax dues. The qualified individual will not be afraid to ask for the full past due amount, and know how to properly navigate communication to collect on past due accounts.

**Requirements**

TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Previous experience in Collections

- Basic understanding of Taxes

- Some computer skills/experience
