Description Our client is looking to add a Collections Specialist to their team in Lisle on a permanent basis. They need someone that can handle business to business credit and collections for a set book of business.

**Duties:**


+ Responsible for collecting on a set group of customers
+ Obtain credit applications from new and existing customers
+ Update credit limits per the market type guidelines
+ Solve customer invoice issues and obtain payment
+ Manage held sales orders
+ Process refunds on customer accounts
+ Maintain customer database
**Requirements:**


+ 2 or more years of AR or Collections experience
+ Experience in working in ERP software systems
+ Proficient in MS Office suite
