Kelly Services is looking for an experienced Collections Supervisor for a company in Jacksonville, FL location.
+ This position is a Direct Hire
+ Salary starts at $60k+ DOE
Requirements
+ 3rd party Collections experience within the last 18 months
+ Call center /team lead experience.
Functional responsibilities:
+ Daily supervision and promoting development of team members
+ Handle Escalations
+ Identify advisor training and development needs
+ Monitor and measure advisor performance
+ Provide coaching
+ Provide formal and informal performance feedback, both team based and one-to-one, and take corrective action as required
+ Hold regular team meetings
+ Support career path development for advisors
+ Promote positive behavior by leading by example
+ Mentoring
+ Monitor and meet defined performance goals
+ Meet quality evaluation/monitoring goals
+ Participate in hiring and training development as needed
+ Perform HR and administrative tasks
+ Conduct yearly one on ones and yearly focal reviews
Education, Experience includes:
+ Proficiency in team management skills to hold meetings and conduct performance reviews to help advisors meet performance targets
+ Proficiency in advisor development to assist in meeting performance targets through hiring, coaching, mentoring
+ Ability to calibrate advisor performance to the targets through monitoring and coaching
+ Ability to communicate and resolve issues that affect performance
+ Ability to share operational improvement and take action with other teams
+ Ability to manage projects to improve employee performance
+ Ability to handle escalations from their advisors
+ Ability to escalate issues to their supervisor or other internal departments
+ Ability to lead advisors to meet performance criteria
+ Demonstrated language fluency in English (ability to comprehend training and procedures in English)
+ Demonstrated ability to write in English
