**Commercial Project Manager, Hershey, PA**

Kelly Services is seeking a Commercial Project Manager, the primary function of this role is to lead operational and strategic projects for commercial teams, including but not limited to sales, marketing, business intelligence and analytics for one of our top clients in Hershey, PA.

**Length:** 1 Year (Contract W2)

**Pay Rate:** $/hr. (W2- All Inclusive)

**Have successful track in delivery project through:**

+ Building relationships/trust with project team members
+ Understanding at a high-level, the solutions and benefits that a project is delivering in both functional and technical terms
+ Defining and managing scope, resource, timeline, cost, issues/risks
+ Managing through corporate policy (procurement, legal, capital, finance, audit)
+ Bringing high level of confidence to deliver business value drivers as defined by PMO guiding principles
**Job Responsibilities:**

**COMMERCIAL PROJECTS –** manage medium-large revenue-generating projects for the sales, marketing and business intelligence and analytics space such as shelf-planning, retail execution, retail analytics and reporting, eCommerce, digital marketing, etc. Conduct benchmarking studies, identify opportunities, and draft proposals and business case documentation for projects. Converts project scope to detailed project plans; provide conceptual framework for plan, define milestones; gathers information regarding effort, resources, technical complexity and translates that information into project specifications. Develops/recommends budgets. Ensure focus on change management including appropriate cascading of information.

**PROJECT MANAGEMENT –** Communicates project expectations and progress to Project Team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion (team meetings, team meeting minutes, presentations, design reviews, stage gate meetings, emails, phone calls, face-to-face conversations, project documentation, etc.). Continually manages project expectations with the Project Team Members and other stakeholders; delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate Project Team members.

Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the Project Team. Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, project documentation and presentations. Escalates conflicts with the Project Sponsor.


+ Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related discipline MBA desired.
+ Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project management, business systems analysis, software development or deployment, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing projects. Total Combined Experience: 7-10 years
+ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or retail industry, working with dynamic sales and marketing teams
+ Experience with technology such as SalesForce, iOS apps, JDA Shelf Planning, Adobe Experience Manager, SAP Hybris, Data Warehousing or Big Data solutions, Tableau or PowerBI is desired.
+ Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate problem-solving and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective interactions within cross-functional teams and with external providers. Able to identify issues and generate solutions or request appropriate intervention by management.
