Kelly Services has partnered with a premier, global oilfield company that is seeking an experienced Recruiter. If you have 5+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting professional level positions, we want to speak to you. Apply today for immediate consideration!

The hours are M - F, from 08:00 - 5:00. The hourly pay range is $20 - $25/hr.

Summary:

Assist Corporate Recruiting in sourcing and recruiting candidates. Screen candidates effectively per requisition requirements. Work collaboratively with local HR and Hiring Managers to effectively fill their staffing requirements. Work with Hiring Managers to schedule candidate interviews. Able to recruit all levels of professional positions including engineering, management, finance and accounting positions, and also hourly manufacturing positions. Previous experience using online recruiting strategies, posting positions and resume searches.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

-Assist Corporate Recruiting in sourcing and recruiting candidates

-Screen candidates effectively per requisition requirements

-Work collaboratively with local HR and Hiring Managers to effectively fill their staffing requirements

-Work with Hiring Managers to schedule candidate interviews

-Ability to recruit for all levels of professional positions including but not limited to engineering,

management, finance and accounting positions

-Ability to recruit for hourly manufacturing positons including but not limited to CNC machinists, welders, painters, assemblers and warehouse personnel.

-Previous experience using online recruiting strategies, posting positions and resume searches

Skills/Knowledge

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education

-Bachelor's degree required; Business or HR degree desired.

Experience

-5+ years of experience in sourcing and recruiting professional level positions.

-Oil and Gas recruiting experience desired.
