Compensation Analyst ($30-45/hour)

Kelly Services has an immediate opening for a Senior Compensation Analyst. This position is expected to last 6-9 months and pays $30-45/hour (depending on experience). Please review the JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS below and should you qualify, follow the instructions below.

PAY: $30-45/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm or 9am-6pm)


Evaluate and benchmark internal jobs to internal and external labor markets.

Perform and complete competitive pay analyses to assess current state and inform future state recommendations.

Partner with managers and HR partners in ensuring job description content accurately reflects described roles.

Provide compensation recommendations to managers, recruiters and other HR partners for new jobs, open requisitions and ad-hoc requests.

Manage salary structure, geographic differential and job-related data (i.e. exemption status, EEO category, functional grouping) in HR technology system.

Build compensation policies, guidelines, tools and resources to effectively communicate compensation programs to support manager compensation decision-making.

Participate in annual salary surveys with survey vendors.

Administer annual merit award and variable (incentive) compensation processes and year-end reporting requirements.

Provide ongoing analyses and support to ensure competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and equity of all compensation programs

Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws regarding compensation


Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Business/Data Analytics, or equivalent experience

5-9 years progressive Compensation experience

Annual merit process administration experience required

Strong technical aptitude and an ability to research/solve complex issues independently

Variable (incentive) Compensation administration experience preferred

SAP experience required

CCP preferred

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
