Kelly has an exciting Temporary role for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Analyst. This position will be for a duration of approximately 6 months to cover for a Leave of Absence. They are targeting an early September start date and you will be working in conjunction with the person going on leave for about 1 month before assuming responsibility of the role. This is a great opportunity to get back in the work force ASAP in a 100% remote position! In this role, you are responsible for providing analysis and support of the companys total rewards programs to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, and innovative. ADP Workforce Now experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

+ Reviews positions in anticipation of recruitment to ensure appropriate pay grade based on position-specific information, determines if an existing description can be used

+ Modifies and creates job descriptions which accurately reflect current roles, responsibilities and requirements

+ Working within company systems and procedures, ensures all aspects of job creation are addressed in a timely manner i.e. creation of job codes, posting of new and revised descriptions, etc.

+ Responds to benefits inquiries employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries

+ Responsible for processing and reconciliation of monthly insurance invoices, maintaining vendor file interfaces and ensuring accurate information is transferred to benefit vendors

+ Maintains all benefit related documentation including on-boarding benefit materials, conducts benefits orientation for all newly hired employees

+ Administers leave-of-absence program; communicates eligibility to employees and processes leave requests and related paperwork

+ Ensures company rewards programs and offerings are effectively communicated

+ Assisting in the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of company-wide total well-being initiatives

+ Maintains and updates Human Resources files and records

+ Process HRIS transactions such as: transfers, promotions, position data updates

+ Identifies and implements process improvement opportunities whenever possible

Skills and Requirements:

+ Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or other discipline directly related to the position

+ Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement

+ 2-5 years experience performing compensation and benefits data analysis

+ Working knowledge of benefits laws and regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, HSA and mandatory leave plans)

+ General understanding of FMLA, workers compensation and other applicable leave of absence legislation

+ Excellent computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and benefits/HRIS software (ADP preferred)
