**Lexington, Kentucky | Boston, Massachusetts**

A fast growing company in the Lexington, KY area, with a location in Boston, MA, is looking to add a Compensation Manager to their team. The ideal person will have grown from HRIS into management, and have exposure to executive compensation and stock administration. The Compensation Manager will have the opportunity to become part of a technology forward company with plenty of room for internal growth.


+ Serve as a subject matter expert in all compensation programs.

+ Act as the primary contact for the stock equity programs.

+ Utilize vendor portals and platforms to audit and monitor data and reports to ensure programs are administered accurately.

+ Develop compensation communications materials in conjunction with our HRIS Analyst.

+ oversee the annual compensation review process.

+ Manage stock grant process and administration with Fidelity, including equity recording, usage, reporting and compliance.

+ Assist in the design of incentive plan(s) and its implementation.

+ Conduct survey participation, job matching and compensation benchmarking for all jobs.

+ Conduct analysis and prep meeting materials for the Compensation Committee and complete specific sections of the proxy statement.


+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Finance, and/or related field

+ Minimum of 5 years' experience in an analytical HR or comparable role.

+ Knowledge of SEC regulations, proxy advisory methodologies, international regulatory requirements, and other applicable regulations.

+ Exceptional and sound analytical skills with critical thinking to translate data into meaningful information.

+ Technically savvy with strong MS Excel experience - HRIS experience preferred.

+ Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks/projects hyper-focused on detail.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
