Job Details

Kelly Services is hiring a Complaint Investigation Technician for one of our top clients in the Kirkwood area! This position features a clean, climate controlled environment and offers $16.00 per hour.





**Job Duties**



Execute product customer complaint investigations as requested.



Perform reviews of manufacturing records, service records, customer complaint data base as well as any other documentation related to the complaint.



Document investigation results in the Corporate Complaint Management System.



Maintain filing and organization of Device History Records.





**Requirements**



High School diploma or equivalent.



One to three years directly related medical device experience.





**Special Skills:**



Basic computer skills.



Microsoft Word, **Excel Specialized Training: Basic statistical including trends, pareto and other basic charting techniques**
