Our client, a Fortune 500 medical technologies firm, is currently looking for a **Compliance** **Analyst** for a **contract position expected to last 6-months, with a possibility of being extended.** This position is located in Kalamazoo, MI.

**Pay: $35.00 - $40.00/hr**





**Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:**




+ Responsible for activities related to policy routing, distribution and release to ensure the latest effective copies are available as required.

+ Subject Matter Expert (SME) for policy documents, process and procedures.

+ Ensure prompt archiving and storage of all Stryker policy documentation.

+ Timely retrieval of documents and information, as needed by policy steward or policy program manager.

+ Collaboration with divisional and functional teams, both locally and globally, to ensure policy project(s) success to meet short- and long-term goals and needs.

+ Works with minimum supervision while conferring with senior staff on unusual matters.

+ Have the independence and authority to perform required tasks to ensure policy requirements are met.

+ Committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our process, continuously searching for ways to enhance performance and meeting all training and documentation criteria.

+ Evaluates, recommends, maintains various processes, procedures and continuous improvements.

+ Must be able to analyze and resolve non-routine inquiries using independent judgment.

+ Must be able to observe and correct operational issues.

+ May facilitate training to cross-functional groups on policy requirements.





**Qualifications:**




+ A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in English, Business, Technical Writing or related discipline Experience: Policy experience preferred but not required

+ Must have excellent verbal and written interpersonal communications skills

+ Excellent analytical skills

+ Exceptional skills in applicable Microsoft software programs

+ Must be able to review printed and handwritten materials

+ Must have an understanding of archiving systems and electronic document managing systems

+ Must be able to organize with the ability to prioritize work and keep accurate and detailed records

+ Must have excellent time management skills with the ability to use independent judgment effectively

+ Must be able to understand and work within complex cross-functional procedures and policies

+ Is a self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
