Our client, a top multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, is currently seeking a **Learning and Development Consultant** for a 6 month assignment, with potential to convert to permanent. The position is located in **Cambridge, MA.**

**The hours for this position are as follows:**




+ Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM





**Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):**




+ Manage Workstream document tracker and monitor workflow status in LEADs

+ Facilitate the completion of all Process Comparison Tools (PCT) with the workstream leads which includes listing all regulatory commitments and appropriate timing for any documents to be retired

+ Communicate with document authors to collect final drafts and to ensure appropriate cross-functional collaboration (where applicable) has occurred

+ Ensure all appropriate information necessary to initiate a workflow has been obtained

+ Facilitate the timely retirement of documents in Veeva as identified in the PCT





**Qualifications:**




+ Experience with LMS maintenance and reporting functionality (LEADs Document Management System (DMS) and VEEVA preferred)

+ 3+ years experience in biotechnology with a focus on training and technical writing that incorporates FDA/EU regulations and ICH guidelines for GXP

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills required to work with multiple subject matter experts (SMEs) in pharmacovigilance (PV) as well as outside PV (where applicable) to ensure on-time development of procedural documents
