Computer Build Technician



Santa Clara, CA



Duration: 1/2021 - 3/2021 (w/ extensions)



Rate: $28.39/hr on W2





Description:



**Essential worker; CW is required to work onsite**

Assignment will be extended


Building Customer Reference Boards with the latest Best Known Configurations.

Build of FFRDs, RVPs, and Customer Prototypes


**Skill sets required, not limited to the following:**

Android knowledge

Windows knowledge - Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems

Computer building

Benchmark knowledge

Troubleshooting skills

Ability to handle multi-tasking and multiple interruptions in very dynamic environment

Inventory management skill set, any windows OS installation up to Windows 10, Android use and build up, Backup and Restore methodology (Ghost), Firmware Flashing (Bios, Hardware upgrades),

Out of box thinking is a plus.


**Preferred Skills:**

Engineering validation background at the client is a plus.

Software QA or Q&R R&D work is a plus

Intermediate skill set with install/upgrade computer systems and other computer hardware is a plus

Basic scripting or editing, batch, Perl, & Python is a plus


HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates.
