We are currently seeking a **Computer Systems Analyst** to work onsite with the National Institutes of Health in **Bethesda, MD.**



**OVERVIEW.** This is a long-term, open-ended contract position which offers:

**TASKS/SERVICES.** The contractor shall:




+ Develop/implement/maintain HemaTerra application.

+ Prepare all documentation required, including program documentation, test scripts, analysis documentation and business communication.

+ Maintain software quality assurance through the use of Serna Business Manager or similar supplied tool for tracking software requirements and testing.

+ Troubleshoot design and software implementation problems.

+ Identify risks associated with the development of new software efforts, including extension systems, the analysis and classification of those risks as to severity and likelihood and the identification of techniques to mitigate the risks.

+ Assist in collecting, developing and analyzing software requirements through the use of facilitated user sessions.

+ Develop, document and adhere to effective and appropriate configuration management practices.

+ Develop and deploy electronic forms and workflow products via HemaTerra SDK.

+ Manage and administrate HemaTerra product.

+ Develop/implement/maintain program code in .Net / ASP or Java.

+ Prepare all documentation required, including program documentation, test scripts, analysis documentation and business communication.





**REQUIREMENTS.** The contractor must have:




+ Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline; five (5) years of professional experience.

+ Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in COTS systems support.

+ Knowledge of HemaTerra. https://www.hematerra.com/

+ Knowledge of .NET technologies.

+ Strong communications skills, both oral and written.

+ Excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills.

+ Ability to multi-task efficiently and pay close attention to detail.

+ Ability to interact well with, data managers, information technology staff regarding software and hardware, and other relevant staff members is critical.

+ Ability to work independently.
