**Job:** Contact Center Customer Service


**Location:** Alpharetta, GA.


**Pay:** $16.00 per hour


**Shift:** Monday- Friday 8 hour days. Working hours are from 8 a.m. to 8.p.m. // Candidates will be able to select a start time from the following: (8:00 a.m., 8:15 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 9:15 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 10 a.m., 10:15 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 10:45 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 11:15 a.m.)


**Requirements:**


+ MUST have your own computer and highspeed internet (we will discuss the requirements upon interview)

+ 1 year of experience in customer service within a call center

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to pass CSR test

+ Ability to handle constant customer contact/forced workflow

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality

+ Ability to meet department standards and adapt to an ever changing environment- able to navigate all office equipment, able to work different shifts as needed, able to sit/stand/lift as needed

+ Effective communication via written and verbal with all levels of staff, and all levels of customers


**Process:** There is a ZERO tolerance for attendance issues. Attendance is not optional, nor are there any exceptions. You MUST have your own computer and internet in order to train remotely for 3 weeks. The training will be Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Following the 3 week training, you will then move ONSITE for 2 weeks. During that 2 week period, it will be determined if you will be working remotely permanently or if you will be working onsite permanently. This is a temporary to hire position, so once the training is complete, you will be hired on permanently.
