Description Kelly Services is currently seeking **3 customer service representatives** for one of customers who is one of the top in the Healthcare industry.

This position is located in: **Glenn Allen, VA**

**Job Description Summary**


+ Work in a high volume of inbound calls from consumers/end users.
+ Representatives act as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support.
+ Responsible for placing/ answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization s products and services.
+ Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
**Qualifications**


+ High School Diploma / GED
+ Excellent verbal and written skills.
+ Ability to work any schedule between 7:30 am - 8 pm
+ Must be flexible with schedule and able to work OT as needed; may include weeknights and/or weekends.
+ Associate s degree or high school diploma/GED 6+ years of experience Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
**Hours:** 7:30am – 8:00pm Weekends included

Pay Rate: $12.45 per hour
