As **Customer Service Representative Associate,** you will provide exceptional customer service, data entry, communication, and must have the ability to meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards. Our client’s fast-paced, high volume, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to start your career!

**Contract:** 4/02/2018 - 7/7/2018 **_Temp to Hire!!!!_**

**Pay:** _$13.25/hour_

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

+ The Customer Service Representative CSR will answer inbound calls from Texas Medicaid/Medicare members, Providers, and external vendors with a willingness to help and care for the health of our members.
+ The CSR will answer questions pertaining to benefit information, claim status, medical authorizations, health plan documents, appeals and complaints process and product information.
+ There is minimal scripting to assist in the flow of the calls so the CSR is expected to use critical thinking, customer service skills, and research to resolve the issue in one call.
+ All calls are recorded. CSR’s are scheduled for eight hour shifts with two fifteen-minute breaks and a thirty-minute lunch.
+ May be asked to assist with training initiatives, special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

+ Have the ability to sit/stand in a cubicle utilizing a computer and phone for the duration of their daily shift.
+ Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong sense of customer service
+ Proficient with using Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Microsoft Lync, and other internet based systems.
+ Ability to talk to a caller and research and/or type documentation of the conversation at the same time.
+ Ability to use online internal and external resources to handle calls while meeting and maintain a 90 call quality score.
+ At least one year of call center/customer service experience
