o $23.00/hour


PURPOSE OF POSITION


Stanley Black and Decker is looking for a customer service representative that will be required to routing calls and emails, as well as respond to customer emails on order tracking and status. Candidate will also be required to enter credits, as well as enter and edit orders.


+ Generating Quotes - Talent will be trained on the Stanley product(s)

+ Will be handling approx. 120 calls daily

+ Route email to proper reps

+ Reply to customer emails on order status and tracking

+ Data Entry


Your Key Qualifications as Customer Service Representatives


+ Very Proficient in computer skills

+ Have a high attention to detail and accuracy


+ 1-3 Years experience is preferred

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

+ Is a ""team player"", and willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in as needed on various tasks.
