Description Kelly Services is currently seeking **_Customer Care Representative_** for one of our top Health Insurance clients in **_Miami, FL_** **.**

**Shifts vary you will work an 8 hour shift between 11** **_am - 10pm M-F_** , must be open to possibly working and 8 hour shift on **_Saturdays between 8-8pm._**

**$11/hour 40 hours a week TEMP TO HIRE - Interviews start on Thursday 4/5/2018**

*****BILINGUAL IS A PLUS*****

**Primary Responsibilities**


+ For providing front line, direct contact with clients and customers by placing telephone calls, however mail, express delivery, fax and other electronic methods (e-mail) are also possible means of communication
+ Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering and/or trouble shooting the items raised by the client/customer.
+ Recognizes consistent problem areas and reports to higher level for action. Seeks to retain account and/or suggest and encourage use of other services and products.
+ May promote and sell products and/or services and enter or confirm sales
+ Responds in a timely manner.
+ Follow standard procedures and policies with more senior levels using greater latitude and judgment in responding to customers.
**Major Areas of Accountability**


+ Research/resolve loan level inquires as it relates to inbound/outbound call activity.
+ More experienced associates will be involved in root cause analysis of more complex inquiries.
+ Handle in-bound and out-bound calls from our customers in hazard insurance, mortgage banking and property loss.
+ Initially works in a single client /functional environment due to limited knowledge and skill set.
Skills:


+ Strong computer skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication
+ Ability to handle 100+ inbound and outbound calls per shift
+ Strong work ethic
+ Customer service experience
+ Call center experience is helpful BUT it is not required.
