**Type: Temporary/Contract – Short Term**

**Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**


+ Complete quality assurance for outbound telemarketing calls.
+ Work with outside agencies on digitally recorded messages on a website.
+ Will go in and listen “x” number of calls.
+ Correspond with up to 100 people who are making the outbound calls on quality.
+ Audit for script adherence and pre-defined quality criteria.
+ Prepare daily and weekly reports on representative performance using existing scorecard templates.
+ Research any requests needed.
**Qualifications and Experience**


+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in either customer service and/or a professional work environment.
+ Good organization skills with timely follow-up skills.
+ Good oral and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of Excel and Word.
+ Performs routine tasks of basic complexity under general supervision.
+ Ability to complete day-to-day tasks within established time frames.
+ Ability to handle a variety of tasks and a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Demonstrates flexibility in a changing environment and shifting responsibilities.
+ Displays interpersonal and time management skills.
