Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a Content Developer for one of our top clients in Austin, TX for a contract position.

**THIS POSITION IS 100% ONSITE.... NO REMOTE WORK!**

**Job Responsibilities Include:**

The Content Developer will support the continued growth of the business through a strategic focus on developing content to support the Retail Contact Center (RCC). The candidate in this role will be responsible for creating content, updating procedures, TopQ content management, and developing content for specialist facing tools. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is self-motivated, has a passion for details, has an ability to drive a project without the full details, and is comfortable doing son on projects where information is changing rapidly, and with both short duration and high intensity.

Serves as a content owner by creating and maintain the consistency of written procedures for RCC. Edits, writes and enhances copy to meet established tone and style requirements. Conducts interviews with various business owners, project managers and users to gather data. Provides continuing content and development and ensures consistency of procedures.

**Job Requirements:**

• Minimum 5 years in writing procedures
• Exhibits exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interacts efficiently and effectively in a fast-pace deadline driven work environment
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills, where no communication leaves ambiguity for the recipient
• Works effectively within a global business environment where engagement with global business owners is required.
• Highly adept at managing high volumes of information, determining what is applicable to the project/program, and knowing what to do with the information
• The ability to identify ambiguity and cut through ambiguity by utilizing a self-developed support network of matrixed individuals is essential
• Extensive success working with cross functional leaders

Additional Requirements

• Ability to understand the motivation and goals of business stakeholders
• Strong team player, must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Must have a proven creative problem-solving history.
• Be a self-starter willing to take ownership and drive to completion
• May require some travel
• May require some work outside normal business hours to support other regions when necessary
• Flexible schedule
