Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a Content Developer for one of our top clients in Austin, TX for a contract position.

**Job Responsibilities Include:**

Join Retail Learning & Development Team and use your skills and experience to create timely, relevant, and engaging learning and development content for Retail employees. This content will align with the company’s strategic business goals, prepare employees to accomplish desired results, and accelerate personal and professional growth.

• Build your knowledge of Company’s products and the company Retail’s business strategies, processes, and learning audiences. Apply this knowledge in the content you create.
• Consult and partner with peers and cross-functional teams to review data and understand learning needs
• Design content to support a variety of delivery types—including but not limited to eLearning, classroom, and virtual classroom
• Consult and partner to ensure content can be measured for learning effectiveness
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Researchers, Project Managers, Program Managers, Editors, Media roles, and more
• Use established processes and tools to design and develop content
• Produce high quality deliverables on time
• Apply Company standards to produce content in a conversational, intelligent, and elegant style
• Work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team
• Participate in meetings and conference calls either in person or virtually, domestically and internationally

**Job Requirements:**
• A bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• Company product and software expertise required
• Experience with graphic design, video storyboarding and scriptwriting, image manipulation, and formatting is a plus
• Knowledge of both industry-proven and trending learning and development disciplines, processes, approaches, and technology
• Two+ years of learning content design and development experience—global audience preferred
• Experience with training technologies such as eLearning authoring tools, virtual collaboration tools, and enterprise LMS platforms
• Can handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines—while delivering high quality, innovative solutions
• Effective listener who accepts and applies direction and feedback
• Exceptional organizing, prioritizing, and time management skills
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills (spoken and written)
• Effectively interact with team members and partners
