**Contract** **/ Administrative Coordinator**



**Location: Irvine, CA 3 days can be done remotely; 2 days in the office after training.**



**Hours: 8 to 4:30pm**



**Rate: $25/hr**



**Length: 1+ year contract.**



Contract position with Kelly OCG (Outsource Consulting Group). You will receive benefits including, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, paid vacation, holidays and sick time.

**Contract and Administrative Coordinator**



The Contract and Logistics Coordinator primary responsibilities are to ensure Clinical Training Centers (CTCs) are contracted in accordance with Health Care Compliance and to manage the logistics of new hire and tenured Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) training at CTCs. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple key stakeholders. This requires the ability to be flexible while maintaining the ability to meet deadlines.





His/her responsibilities will fall into two major categories. First, help drive physician and faculty contracts to completion. Secondly, manage physician and faculty payments and scheduling of new and tenured CAS training





**Responsibilities**






+ Coordinate and schedule dates for CTC availability with site trainer, Territory Manager, Regional Business Director, physician faculty and hospital administration.

+ Assign placement of new hire trainees and tenured CAS training at CTCs and coordinate logistics for CTC attendance.

+ Ensure CTC trainer and physicians have learning objective criteria for new hire training and tenured CAS training.

+ Ensure site trainer and physicians have properly filled out time records and ensure records are processed in timely manner.

+ Submit time records once a quarter to pay facility and ensure records are processed in timely manner.

+ Manage contract extensions and amendments in partnership with contract team.

+ Audit all physician and facility time records quarterly to ensure have been processed and received.





Contracting




+ Receive and process CTC nomination forms and schedule team calls with each nominated site.

+ Participate in initial Field Sales Organization (FSO) calls with nominated sites and ensure they are meeting requirements set forth by Commercial Education in compliance with HCC.

+ Once nominations are approved, collect physician CVs and pertinent hospital information.

+ Ensure physician and hospital payment profiles in ARAVO for both physicians and facility are completed.

+ Communicate bi-weekly with FSO to champion physician and facility contract process.

+ Coordinate with contracts team to understand where physician and facility contracts are in the process of approval. Provide Commercial Education with weekly updates of contracting progress.

+ Share best practices with FSO to expediate physician and facility contract process.









**Qualifications**




+ Bachelors degree preferred

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Ability to work as a team player who does what it takes to help the team succeed

+ Ability to plan and execute to achieve goals and meet deadlines

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

+ Ability to work in a demanding role with multiple priorities

+ Ability to thrive in ambiguity and with significant self-direction

+ Contracting experience preferred
