**Title:** Contract Administrator

**Duration:** 6+ months

**Location:** Marlborough, MA

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ The Contract Administrator is responsible for the timely review of executed contracts to ensure that all contract terms and pricing are entered in the system(s) accurately.
+ Complete quality check of all contract terms and pricing to ensure information has been entered accurately in the system(s) prior to activating the agreement
+ Ensure customers are set up correctly in SAP; facilitate the set-up of new customers as appropriate
+ Enter all new / updated pharmacy pricing in the system(s) to ensure invoicing can be done timely and accurately
+ Ensure price increases for nuclear products are entered timely and accurately in the system
+ Complete quality check of all list fee price increases in the system
+ Collaborate with Sales, Pharmacy Managers, and Contract Managers to resolve issues with pricing or contract-related questions
+ Maintain full confidentiality with customer information
+ Other projects as assigned

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Basic Excel) required
+ Demonstrated ability to learn and become proficient using multiple systems
+ Highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills
+ Able to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor communication to audience
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
**Education / Experience:**

+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
+ Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant business experience is required
