Description Contract Change &Communications Manager needed in Hoboken, NJ

The Change & Communications Manager will lead all communication and change management activities for the implementation of the Coupa Program; This will involve developing strategies for and overseeing the execution of efforts to attract procurement stakeholders and program participants, as well as providing leadership for maintaining and increasing the Coupa program’s visibility through the optimization of all communication channels.

The role holder will ensure constant cadence and compelling messaging focused on the development and dissemination of engaging, informative and innovative content, to a diverse internal and external audience base.

Develops internal communications materials including organizational announcements, policies and procedures, compensation, benefits changes, etc. May develop organization communication policies and procedures. Creates, implements and oversees communications programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products. Assists in the preparation of presentations directed towards employees.

Length of Contract: 8 months

Pay: $55/hr - $68/hr

**Additional responsibilities include:**

+ Defining the change management strategy for the Coupa program
+ Working with wider change programs across the Company eg: TEP
+ Defining and managing the end-to-end change plan and reporting status, risks, issues etc
+ Assessing the impact of the change for internal Pearson employees, managers, specialist procurement teams, 3rd parties and our suppliers
+ Identifying and managing key stakeholders through the change
+ Establishing a network of change agents and experienced users
+ Establishing and tracking robust business readiness measures and plans
+ Defining and delivering a robust communications plan for internal and external stakeholders
+ Engagement with the business and Suppliers on Coupa / New Procurement Policy/ New Ways of working
+ Training on Coupa (which includes plan the entire E2E training activity (internal and external (IBM& Suppliers) ) and monitor/coordinate execution with our Third party provider and lead / monitor the development of our supporting materials)
+ Developing and managing content for internal Neo sites
+ Development of all countdown communications
**Job Requirements:**

+ Experience in working with senior leadership on promoting key initiatives.
+ Strong written communication skills.
+ Works well with numerous internal partners including senior leadership and their respective teams.
+ Experience in developing and implementing social media strategy.
+ Preferable experience of delivering change for a Procurement system implementation
+ Works well within an organization that is experiencing transformation; flexibility is a must.
+ Calm and steady disposition, can manage and complete various assignments in timely and calm manner
+ Enthusiasm and dedication to win and have fun!
+ Collaborative: You have a flexible, open approach to work. You enjoy and thrive working with numerous individuals across the company as well as external partners and press. You take charge and enjoy being creative.
+ Proven: You love to roll up your sleeves and work in a new, changing environment. That said, you're not unfamiliar with working in or with large, complex organizations, leading projects to completion with your strong skill set and sound judgment skills. You have the know-how and can do attitude to complete the tasks at hand while being very thorough and meticulous during the process.
+ Communicative: Outstanding writer, and communicator with the ability to create and deliver a compelling and unique narrative.
+ At least 4 years of experience in a senior communications management role either, in-house or with an agency.
+ Demonstrate the stature, gravitas, and confidence to gain credibility with the business stakeholders.
