Description Contract Manager of Speaker Bureau needed in Bedminster, NJ

Manager of Speaker Bureau cultivates and ensures the best in class speaker bureau programs, while providing insights to drive efficiencies as a trusted strategic partner to our internal stakeholders. This person will be in charge of speaker bureau management of the vendor and key stakeholders will be compliance, marketing and sales.

Length of Contract: 5 months

Pay: $40/hr-$53.50/hr

**Additional responsibilities include:**


+ Manage Speakers’ Bureau vendor and oversees escalations including all program logistics, budgeting and monthly tracking reports capturing costs (honoraria, travel expenses, etc.), and feedback for all promotional programs
+ Manage monthly leadership meeting to discuss proactive solutions for escalations, address critical business needs and collaborate on operational efficiencies
+ Lead the Project Management for the online Speaker Portal including system configuration changes, enhanced functionality, field representative and Speaker access, as well as set-up and reporting
+ Drive collaborations and liaisons between internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Analytics) to understand and address business needs and commitments from speaker bureau vendor
+ Handle and recommend Speaker Bureau operational efficiencies and socializes compliance requirements to key stakeholders
+ Partner with compliance on Speakers Bureau process, Speaker Contracts, policy updates and implement and operationalize Compliance-driven changes with Speaker Bureau vendor and Marketing leads; oversees exception process and provides direction to Speaker Bureau vendor on guidance to the field.
+ Supervise and drive integration of new therapeutic areas into overall Speaker’s Bureau
+ Instruct IT on ROI reporting of speaker programs
+ Oversee speaker bureau speaker contracting and re-contracting and Owner of the speaker bureau speaker nomination
**Job Requirements:**

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in related position in Pharmaceutical/ Biotech (Marketing, Sales Operations, Field Sales, Commercial Operations)
+ Overnight travel as required (5-10%)
+ Prefer at least 1 year of direct experience managing promotional Speaker Programs
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:


+ Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team environment
+ Project/Vendor Management experience required
+ Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
+ Strict attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask while working well under pressure to meet deadlines
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software in including Microsoft Excel and Word
+ The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiencies and flawless execution; Model a high performing collaborative business partner relationship; Prepare speaker programs for growth with scalable and agile solutions; Lead the partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors to develop and enhance capabilities

+ Standard office working environment.
+ Limited domestic travel may be required.
