Contractor Payables Auditor is responsible for the site's contractor payables system which includes the daily gathering, auditing, organizing, and reporting of man-hours for cost plus contractors and recharge the client's personnel as well as entering and tracking all material and equipment used by these companies.


This information is used for internal recharge and prime payment of Maintenance Contracts. In addition to working with the Maintenance contracts, the site's Contract Payables Receipt Auditor enters all internal recovery for the Managed Services and Unit Rate contracts as well as the client owned equipment.


Job duties include:


Audit and monitor labor, materials, rental equipment and third party information for each contract company


Maintain Access Databases used locally for Contractor Payables which include CLMS (Contractor Labor Management


System) and Track gate-log software


Track and accurately pay contract companies based upon agreements made by Contract Administrator and Purchasing


Daily


Approve / Reject override requests in Track


Run CLMS Report for new hires and updates (maintenance)


All CLMS updates to Track software and enter HCM to CLMS


Onboard new hires into the client's Core Contractor Management


Track approvals by the client's sponsors


Clear Exceptions / Ins in Track Software


Weekly


Input material and equipment SES from vendors


Process the client's Recharge


Safety BBP (ergonomics or housekeeping) on one contract timekeeper


Upload labor hours for contracts


Monthly


Input and track managed services and unit rate contracts


Annually
