Description Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator needed in Charlestown, MA

The Talent Acquisition Consultant works at the direction of the Director of Talent Management and as teammate with an assigned Human Resources Business Partner to serve the hiring managers and supervisors to meet regular and temporary staffing needs. Interfaces with hiring staff at all levels of the organization.

Length of Contract: 4 months

Pay: $37/hr - $59/hr

**Additional responsibilities include:**

+ Executes the day to day recruitment needs of assigned business units as part of the overall recruitment strategy for the business unit.
+ Sources, screens, interviews, recommends, and hires internal and external candidates for regular and temporary open positions.
+ Supports business needs by creating a pipeline of qualified, diverse and best-in-class candidates.
+ Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
+ Coaches Plan managers on best practice interviewing techniques and the legal aspects of hiring.
+ Develop strong relationships with the hiring managers and the Human Resources Business Partners.
+ Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.
+ Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
+ Identifies relevant marketing and networking events to: maintain competitive sourcing advantage, keep current with recruiting trends, and to promote and brand as an “Employer of Choice”.
+ Coordinates and participates in job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events.
+ Establishes and maintains relationships with local colleges, community and diversity organizations to educate and market careers
+ Ensures that all hiring-related processes including background checks are maintained.
+ Oversees job postings and online / print recruitment advertising.
**Job Requirements:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required. Education Preferred/Desirable:
+ A minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible full-cycle recruiting experience, including a minimum of two (2) years experience in managing relationships with third-party staffing vendors, is required.

+ Previous relevant experience in a managed care organization. Certification or Conditions of Employment:
+ Pre-employment background check

+ Success in using innovative and cost-effective sourcing methods to fill non-exempt, exempt and senior level positions; comprehensive understanding of local and regional labor markets.
+ Effective collaborative and proven process improvement skills.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization.
+ A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
+ Demonstrated ability to successfully plan, organize and manage projects
+ Detail oriented, excellent proof reading and editing skills.

+ Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the position.
+ Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
+ No or very limited physical effort required. No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
